Shipping Terms and Conditions

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER AU$60*

* Free standard delivery within Australia for all orders of AU$60 or over, per transaction.
Australian standard delivery postage and handling charges are a flat rate of AU$10.00 for all orders under AU$60 per transaction. 

*New Zealand Standard Shipping fee is $25

Overseas Shipping** - Please contact us to arrange shipping outside of Australia & New Zealand.

Online Purchase - Your order will be processed through our secure payment facility powered by Paypal. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Email Purchase – you can submit your order via email to info@ecostorealbury.com and list the items you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours (or the next business day) with an invoice and payment method.

Availability of Stock

In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologise if this occurs and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange either a refund, the product to be placed on back-order, or an alternative purchase.


Payments

Processing Your Purchase

Please allow up to 2 days for processing. We send all parcels from Albury New South Wales Australia.  Parcels will arrive at most addresses within 1-4 days.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.

Express delivery will be incur an extra charge.

We use Australia Post Parcel Post, Express Post or EMS International Courier services for online orders.

If you require insurance on your parcel, please contact us at time of purchase for quote.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We will happily refund the purchase price of any item you return to us within 7 days of purchase.

  • A copy of the receipt must be included with the goods returned.
  • The goods are returned within 14 days of the receipt date

We just ask that you return garments and products in the condition they were sent to you - unworn with no odours or marks and original tags attached. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please consider returning your parcels via registered or express post as we cannot take responsibility for articles lost en route. If you were eligible for our free shipping offer we will deduct $10.00 from your total return to cover postage costs.

If a purchased item is out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted and either a refund will be issued or the chance to select another product. 

Ineligible Items

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on orders shipped out of Australia. All orders shipped out of Australia are final.

Faulty Goods Policy 

Our customers’ right to a refund of purchase price

Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.  Our policy under these circumstances is:

You (the customer) are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Eco Store Albury if the item is:

  • faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
  • not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
  • not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;
  • and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Eco Store Albury with proof of purchase, such as your receipt or bank statement.   If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.

Eco Store Albury reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a gift card of equivalent value to the item, Eco Store Albury is happy to do this for you.
